Privacy Policy

The only personal information we collect is what you send us through the inquiry form on the contact page: your name, email, phone (optional), subject, dates of interest, and your message.

We do not set tracking cookies. We do not fingerprint visitors. We do not share, sell, or rent your information to third parties.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is privacy-first and cookieless. It counts pageviews using aggregated, sampled request data Cloudflare already sees as the network provider. It does not identify individuals, does not set cookies, and does not require a consent banner under the GDPR or CCPA.

We fire a Google Ads conversion tag on a single page only — the thank-you confirmation page that loads after a successful inquiry submission. The tag is not loaded sitewide.

The conversion tag signals to Google Ads that an inquiry was completed, so we can measure which campaigns drive inquiries. It does not transmit your form content.

If you subscribe to our newsletter (the footer signup form on this site), your email is stored with Mailchimp, which handles delivery. See Mailchimp's privacy policy .

We only send emails to subscribers who explicitly opt in. Every campaign has an unsubscribe link in the footer — one click removes you from the list.

Inquiry-form submissions are kept as long as needed to follow up on your trip request and, if you book with us, to support you through your visit. We will delete your submission and remove you from any lists at any time on request.

Newsletter subscribers remain on the list until they unsubscribe or request deletion.
